Challenge:     conducted a urban planning for a 65 732 m² area for the client's and City Hall's approval

Proposal:      The urban planning is based on a mixed land use of residencial, commercial and office buildings concept that provides a safe environment for pedestrian and bicycle. The car’s access is restricted to the street that surrounds the residencial area where the underground parking entrances are located.  The proposal encourages a development that enhances the pedestrian experience: easy access to buildings (built to the sidewalk), shelter from elements, passages, visual interest (retail activity, views, architectural forms), different approach for public spaces and interior community gardens.
